    liked to chat up the ladies is what it seems.not a crime on its own, obviously. Mention of his "antics" being well-known around the bar. Some fans are just pretty nervous right now, like they're waiting for the other shoe to fall. something about leaving money on the table for his assistants too, and just wanting to get out of Dodge

    Yeah, I thought it was pretty obvious and that everyone knew he liked the younger ones. Think he tried to tighten in up when he got engaged/married, but....

    bielema to arkansas. just when you thought the b1g couldn't get any worse. they are one step away from becoming the new big east.

    furthermore, this makes that bowl game even less appealing. this bowl season sucks as a whole in terms of exciting matchups. oh well.

    Interesting take, given that Wisconsin seriously underachieved this year under BB. I don't think Bielema leaving makes the Big 10 any worse of a conference. And if Alvarez coaches Wisco at the Rose Bowl, it makes that game much more appealing.

    I'm wondering if the reason behind Bielema going to Arkansas has more to do with his ego. He's won 3 consecutive big10 titles. The SEC is considered by many to be the "toughest conference". It wouldn't surprise me at all if his primary motivation was to go to the SEC so he can attempt to dominate that conference as well.

    Even Saban didn't have as much success in the Big10 as Bielema although Saban has been dominant in the SEC.

    This is a loss for the Big10, a conference still looking to get back up to being in the top. They will, once they get away from the spread offense and start playing big boy football. With more and more teams running the spread, it has become much more familiar and much easier to defend. It's not a coincidence that the best teams in the country don't run the spread offense.
