    3rd Down & 4

Remember 3rd down & 4 on about West virginia's 35 with 30 seconds left to go in 3rd Qtr?
I was saying aloud that I.S.U. needed to run the ball on 3rd down & let the clock run out so then they would be going with the wind & if nothing else, try a 52 yard FG WITH THE WIND to start the 4th Qtr.
But instead, I.S.U. tried a pass play that didnt work & ended up having to go for it on 4th & 4 because it was still the 3rd QTR & they were facing into the wind!
Why has nobody else brought this snafu up? As much as I love Paul Rhoades, that was a CRITICAL mistake!!!!

    that was a CRITICAL mistake!!!!
They punted on their next drive. Also, we lost by more than a field goal.

If I remember correctly Jarvis West dropped a pretty well thrown ball by SR. Not a bad play call, bad execution by West. It's in the past, move on to bowl game.

We also missed a fieldgoal. It was a game opf mopre missed oppportuniities. We played too conservatuve at the start. We ran too much on first down with the same play. It could have made a difference, but we were so slow coming out of the gate.

Let my Fred's Posse Ride: Georges, Naz, Hogue, Bryce, Nader, Monte, Matt, and McKay.

The more important question is that with your great coaching knowledge why aren't you coaching in the NFL or at a major college program?

To successfully employ this counter, you would need to be coaching in the NFL or a major college program.
