In-state recruits in 2014 Top 250 on Rivals

Lazard and Pierschbacher are both in the top 250 for 2014. Any chance we land both or at least one?? Does anyone have an inside view to this two?? I Know we have Lazard's brother as a walk-on, on the roster now.

Pierschbacher will either end up out of state or at Iowa. Coach Pat Mitchell's staff at Cedar Falls tend to steer kids towards Iowa.

So frickin jealous of what they have in Ames. It's truly amazing what Fred has done coming in with 0 coaching experience.

Would love to land these guys. If we can get top talent in the state, that would be a huge first step in changing the recruiting landscape. I am still hoping Campos see's the light and comes to the good guys.

I'd love it if Campos switched to us. Hopefully he sees that Mizzou is going nowhere.

I thought his offer list was very impressive already.... A lot more offers than Lazard.... Even though Lazard has a higher Rivals ratting and is even mentioned in the announcement article.

hopefully we can crank out 3 more wins this season. 8-5 sure says a lot more in terms of going the right direction than 5-7 when recruits are considering us.

Re: In-state recruits in 2014 Top 250 on Rivals

Another piece that impressed me, is the amount of recruits that mention us on their interest list from that top 250. With finishing out this season right, this trend will continue, I know the chance of landing them is slim, but it is good to be noticed.
