No, but you can just go to Cyclones.TV in the phone browser and then put the streaming video full screen.

If you can get a browser with flash on it...you won't need the app.

EDIT: I need to read all the posts before responding I guess. For apple users this can be problematic but Android you should be able to use flash. It didn't work too bad on the Galaxy S3.

Heard more about this today confirming most of what I posted earlier. I believe Mediacom customers will be very happy with this

I can verify this DOES work. I have an android phone and I was able to watch the western illinois game while i was sitting at the Iowa Speedway in newton, it worked really well other than killing my battery after the first half.

That's referring to the Android or iOS apps from the Google/Apple stores, not accessing Cyclones.tv through a browser.

I did it for the last MBB game to test it out. The video was awesome, although the sound was a little garbled. I did it on my HTC Evo 4G LTE, and I did have 4G at the time.

and those of us without Mediacom? I really don't want to switch cable companies just because the AD only deals with Mediacom.

Are you not subscribed to Cyclones.tv? If not, get a subscription and don't worry about the (potential) Mediacom deal.

Personally if it is Mediacom then I don't understand Jamie's Tweet. Nothing about Mediacom says "real deal" to me.

It would be nice to be able to flip on your TV and see the games, without having to go to the trouble of hooking up your laptop everytime. It makes no sense that the technology is better but more of a hassle. Things should be getting easier.

I'd still keep the online subscription for interviews, on demand and behind the scenes stuff. But I just want to be able to turn on my TV, tune to a certain channel and see the Cyclones play live. You know, like we did in 1980.

If you are right on this, I think this is the best possible outcome that could involve Mediacom. And, I assume we would still have Cyclones.tv on-line for us out of state people who could not get the dedicated channel. Or, maybe they could go all BYUtv and sell it for .001 cents per month per subscriber so that every cable and satellite company imaginable would pick it up nationwide.

What a wonderful trip down memory lane too bad ISU games weren't carried throughout the state even during the great 1980-90s. Cyclones.tv>1980-90's OTA availability

Clearly I was exaggerating to make my point but I think you get where I'm coming from.
