    Where is Josh Lenz

I listen to the Paul Rhodes show last night hoping to hear some word on Josh, nothing again was mention from either CPR or John W. Will he be red-shirted. How serious is his injury?

    Re: Where is Josh Lenz

He wont get a redshirt. Already played too much. But for an injury that was day to day 4 weeks ago, it's frustrating not to see him on the field when we need him.

If you ask the basketball analysts outside the state of Iowa I think you would be surprised to hear their responses. Iowa was pegged as a preseason top 5 team by one ESPN analyst and is ranked in the vast, vast majority of preseason top 25 polls

    Re: Where is Josh Lenz

You could tell on the pass he caught in the OU game he wasn't even close to 100%. He caught the ball and was incredibly slow running with it.

Might as well not ask Barnett either. I wouldn't call lawn darts a couple yards in front of Lenz finding him either.

    Re: Where is Josh Lenz

Lenz is our deep threat and best receiver when healthy, and if he's not near 100% for KU our offense will still be crippled. Maybe he was withheld against Texas hoping to get him near 100% for the last 2 games.

    Re: Where is Josh Lenz

I would not mind seeing James White as a WR for some deep balls. He is fast enough and we have other running backs.

CFH HMagic bball season next year.
Let my Fred's Four Horsemen ride: Georges, Hogue, Nader, and McKay.

He also has better hands than most of our receivers lately.

Chris Williams ‏@ChrisMWilliams Rhoads on Josh Lenz: Says he feels sick for him. Calls the injury tough to come back from. #Cyclones
