    Re: New Commit

A nice get. Plus with Finch being a Sophomore right now he'll get a solid two years in the wrestling room before we need him on varsity. It's nice that the team is getting back into a place where we can afford to develop guys.

    Re: New Commit

I agree Judoka. Many of the top teir wrestlers never pan out. Many times to get them to Iowa State, we need to commit alot of dollars to them. KJ seems to be going after guys that need to develop and work hard. Time will tell if that works. We have 45 guys in the room, that is 4.5 guys per weight battling for the starting spot. You either put the work in or you get passed by somebody that is.

I think NIACC tourney is a good example - Lelund Weatherspoon, Tyler Swope and Kyle Larson were all ranked lower than 19th at their weight coming out of high school and all 3 were champs at Young Open.

    Re: New Commit

Found an interview with Adrian and I guess Henry is his step-dad's brother. A nice connection to have there.
