    WR drops

What is with our WR the last couple games? For the most part of the year they have been really good about catching the ball but the last two games they have been horrible on great passes by steele. The slant that Lenz misssed in the first half would have been for a long gain because the middle on the slant route was wide open and steele hit him right in stride. then when jarvis drop the ball on the five yard ine was the turning point because he catches that and i think ISU scores a TD before half instead of a FG and ISU goes in with the lead 10-7 because we could have run more clock. Then that stadium woudl be rocking.!!!

    Re: WR drops

The drops in the 1st half were HUGE. It was the difference in getting 2 FGs versus 2 TDs IMO. Horne dropped his first one AGAIN, and I don't believe he hardly played again the rest of the day, which he shouldn't have.

Bundrage right now is our best pass catching WR IMO, followed by Young and then probably West even though he did have one horrible drop today, he's usually pretty solid.

And Lenz. He only dropped the one pass (Huge drop though). It will be nice when he isn't playing hurt too. Would have seen him more that game if he was good to go

If you ask the basketball analysts outside the state of Iowa I think you would be surprised to hear their responses. Iowa was pegged as a preseason top 5 team by one ESPN analyst and is ranked in the vast, vast majority of preseason top 25 polls

    Re: WR drops

I am tired of dropped passes. The occasional one is understandable. The habitual ones are not.

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.
Make this one for the ages!
