    Hiawatha Rutland - WRNL Interview

I find Hiawatha to be one of the better Cyclone interviews out there. Enjoy!

Met Hiawatha will out in New York for the bowl game. Seemed like a real nice guy.

ISU hasn't beaten Oklahoma in Ames since 1960... what were you doing in 1960? What do you think of the team’s chances this weekend?
In 1960 I was working diligently with a team of engineers in Massachusetts to come up with a patent for space technology.

Re: Hiawatha Rutland - WRNL Interview

Hiawatha used to work at Legends when he was finishing up some school work around 2006-2007. He was nice guy and would chat with anyone about anything.

So frickin jealous of what they have in Ames. It's truly amazing what Fred has done coming in with 0 coaching experience.

I also met Hiawatha out in Connecticut for the ISU-UConn game last year and got a chance to talk to him for quite a while. Super nice dude and I even mentioned to him that I read his article last year the Wide Right and Natty Lite wrote.
