Re: BCS decision: 12-0 KSU vs. 12-0 ND

Notre Dame WILL NOT jump KSU in the BCS if both remain undefeated. Notre Dame's schedule will be weaker in the end keeping KSU on top by the computers, the Harris poll may switch, but the coaches will respect Snyder and keep KSU ahead of ND. The media (AP) will throw a fit, but who cares? The question is will BIG 12 coaches vote ND down, will other conferences vote KSU down, SEC has deals with the BIG 12 might help.

I hate ND, I grew up in the 90's hayday of them being successful and hearing all the bandwagon Catholics banana-riding them.

Kstate is ok, but I'd much rather see Oregan vs. Bama in the NC.

ESPN will find a way to get ND. Can you imagine the hype machine gearing up for that? They may just cancel the rest of the bowl games on their network so they can start the pregame show Dec. 15th.

Re: BCS decision: 12-0 KSU vs. 12-0 ND

OSU should have gotten their shot last year and I am concerned that with KSU in the running the Big 12 will get shafted again this year. I have said since long before KSU played ISU this year that I would be rooting for KSU to win it all if ISU couldn't knock them off and I still am. I also hope that Snyder thinks that re-retiring after winning the trophy this year is a pretty darn good way to go out.

Isn't Ron Prince still available to take over? They can't be paying him that much in the NFL.

That's a good point on KSU possibly getting help from the B12 in the Coach's Poll and one way ND's independence could bite them in the ***. After OSU got politicked by the SEC last year, well maybe just Saban, I'd sure hope the B12 coaches would stick together to make sure our undefeated conference champ got in. If that's the way the game is played....

ESPN doesn't want Notre Dame, they want another all SEC final. The only ESPN talking head who doesn't rag on Notre Dame is Mike Golic and he played there and has two sons on the team. Scott Van Pelt and Cowherd still rant about how much they suck. Cowherd said they MIGHT finally have a varsity football team after they beat Oklahoma.

I would be all for some combination of Oregon, Notre Dame, and K-State in the final, or one of those teams beating Alabama. Sick of hearing about the SEC.

I would love to see a undefeated ND get left out just so We can see a Lou Holtz meltdown.

All right, but you have to mop up the set this time.

I like how he bashes the Big 12 non-con then shows ND's last 3 games of 4-4 Pitt, 2-6 BC and 4-4 Wake Forest.

Re: BCS decision: 12-0 KSU vs. 12-0 ND

I think if Oregon goes undefeated as well, that it would be ND. If Oregon doesn't go undefeated it would be KSU.

ND has already played the strength of their schedule and are still behind KSU. I don't think they pass them in the computer polls if both go undefeated. Voters aren't going to move them above #2. However, I would guess that Oregon would pass KSU in the voters polls by the end of the year if they go undefeated. They still have to play Stanford, USC, Oregon St, and the Pac-12 championship game, so they would have 4 impressive victories. I assume that would put ND in rather than KSU or Oregon.

That being said, I don't think either go undefeated.

I'm just hoping that there are two undefeateds not including Louisville. Hopefully one of KSU, ND, or Oregon could pull it off. Any of those three that go undefeated would totally deserve it with the schedules they would have played.
