    Jay Scheel

What are ISU's chances with this kid? He is a stud.

Word is he's going to be 4 star recruit and teams like Oregon and other top 10 teams are interested in him.

Does he want to be a QB in college? He's listed as an "athlete", but plays QB in HS. He is a very special athlete. So what do you think our chances are with him?

    Re: Jay Scheel

Not sure if you should be hopeful here or not. He has taken two visits to Iowa this season, was there again this weekend and was also there for the Iowa State vs Iowa game. Has also taken a visit to Wisconsin this year. Has he taken a visit to Iowa State yet? Certainly seems like Iowa is putting on the press for him, and both Wisconsin and Nebraska have offered and in the mix. Is he a B1G kid or indifferent?

Just watched his tape on hudl. Looks like a decent athlete. Definitely not an FBS quarterback. I would say he will be a 5.6 3 star athlete that will play wide receiver at the next level. Looks taller than 6'1''.

I have heard Jay WANTS to play QB in college. Iowa will try to put him at WR and I don't think he'll like that. I don't think he'll end up with Iowa.
