    Rules Question

This came to mind yesterday while watching tu. They faked a field goal attempt, the holder took the ball and ran.

Since the holder had a knee on the ground when he received the ball from the center, should't he be considered down?

    Re: Rules Question

Nope, all players are considered down when a knee hits with the exception of a holder. There is a line in the rules specifcally for holders.

    Re: Rules Question

Do we have to go through this every time a fake FG is ran? Honestly?

I didn't realize that we "go through this every time". How can I make it up to you? Give myself negative rep? Drop my association with CF? Commit Hari Kari?

    Please tell me, Honestly.
