I would say an important skill that great leaders have is knowing their own abilities. They are usually really good at one aspect but are not afraid to bring in an expert in another area. The opposite can be said for terrible leaders who tend to "know everything" and insist on having their hands on everything.
Why do I think that Richardson has a legit shot? I would not be stunned to see him out there.
JB. There's been a QB competition every week the past 3 weeks. He's started every week. The main problem is play calling is erratic. How is it we started the past 3 weeks on fire the first few drives then fizzled? The OC was calling his scripted plays. After that first 12 plays, he has to stay with the stuff that worked!
CPR has to see that and quit breaking these QB's spirit with uncertainty every week.
