    How to salvage the season

    While the season isn't over with this loss, it might just be. People are saying "if this becomes a trend, we are in trouble." That doesn't make sense. Yesterdays game was part of that trend. So to save the season we have to bench Steele. If you're asking who to replace him, its not Barnett. If Sam Richardson and Grant Rohach are the QBs of the future, it's time to start them. I don't care if Steele Jantz is practicing better. He sure as **** isn't playing better. Jared Barnett played better than Steele last year with no experience (2 years as a JUCO counts). Sam Richardson CANNOT be worse. How about our Elite 11 QB? He can't be bad at all.

    And it's too late to start Cole Netten. Save the redshirt. He will be our greatest kicker ever, but we don't nessecarily need him yet. I'd Arceo misses another PAT, then it's time to bench him.

    Paul Rhoads has got to stop being stubborn and BENCH JANTZ.

    Well I agree Jantz's turnovers are killing us, but we just do not have an O line that can block to let plays develop. Bench Jantz? I guess the film will be the telling tale on what the coaches think. Personally the whole offense sucked last night and they had 2 ******* WEEKS TO PREPARE. If most of the turnovers are on him then put the ball in someone else's hands at the QB position, but I also think we should get away from this so called spread offense.

    While I agree with this entire post I think CPR is intent on starting Jantz. Richardson and rohach will get the nod, but not yet. If this is still the situation going into the Kansas state game, I think that is when we should start officially talking about either tossing richardson in there or pulling grant out of his redshirt. But we will see Jantz starting next week

    I pretty much stated that our record is deceiving. We bench Jantz we get about 30 more minutes of possession per game.
