Seemed to do alright with Tulsa and WIU this year attendance-wise.

I thought this past weekend was the most boring Cyclone home football Saturday of the past three years. Nothing to look forward to, and the game was obviously over in the first five minutes. Give me a team with a pulse.

Some people don't give a **** about who the other team is. Theyre there to see the cyclones play.

Re: Scheduling agreement with Northern Iowa

What variety are you looking for? We won't be replacing UNI with Utah anymore....not with our bigxii slate. So we would replace them with crap like western ill, southern mizzou, minnesota tech, crap u, etc. given the no names we would be putting in I'll take UNI. You can't tell me that even though full you preferred the atmosphere against western illinois to the atmosphere against UNI??

Same. I'd rather get a different MAC or C-USA team in here every couple years. Get to see a different style of play, meet some fans from different areas. I'm not worried about losing to UNI, I just don't particularly enjoy this game.

I can agree with this. I'm not scared of a UNI team that really wants to beat ISU. Give me an effing break.

It's not the "playing" UNI part that bothers me, it's the "paying" UNI part. I'm sure ISU is paying UNI handsomely to play all those games in Ames, and in return, UNI's coach takes shots at ISU in the press.

Who says its anything to do with scared. Its a poor use of resources. If you're spending a half million or whatever which is better, using it on a virtually guaranteed win, one that lets you give backups game experience, or one that you don't get the guaranteed win for all that money and you have to keep the starters in all game.

I brought my girls and they enjoyed the volleyball much more. They are psyched for T. Tech though. UNI would get my juices flowing. I like having a chance to lose when I go to a game.
