Not sure if this is the right place for this, but there's plenty of other tailgating-related posts around here anyway.
I have been in marching band for the last four years, so I haven't gotten the chance to tailgate yet, but that changes this Saturday. One of the traditions, dare I say essential tailgating experiences, I have heard about is chili at the Tip Top Lounge at 6 am, but I haven't been able to find any real information about it, so I figured I could post here for a helping hand.
Does the place still open at 6 even though the game was pushed back? How much does chili cost? Is it by the bowl or all you can eat? Assuming it still opens at 6, is 4 a good time to get there? Is there anything else I should know?
