    Western Illinois or Texas Tech?

Which game would be better to come watch? I know we will win both. I can only come to one of them. I know W IL is a night game and the time for the TT game isn't posted yet. What are the chances of this being a night game?

Won't know about night game until the networks have their say. We're at least two weeks out from that, I think. For me, this would be a no-brainer. Go to the Tech game. Conference game vs FCS game. Maybe Steele will go Seneca Wallace on them...

Are you joking? The W. Illinois game will be a blowout. Tech game will be a dogfight. I can't believe this is a serious question.

TT... Though I'm biased because the last TT game I saw in person featured Seneca. Conference games are always better.

Go to both and Pack the Jack! I win. :)

Not sure about Tech being a sure win, but I hope you're right!

Like everyone has said you need to go to TT. It will be a better game and atmosphere.

Re: Western Illinois or Texas Tech?

Tech for the better game. Also, I posted this earlier but the Western Illinois tickets are about sold out, so you will have a much better chance for good tickets with a group of people or what not with the TT game when they go on sale.

EDIT: I just checked the tickets page and they released a bunch of tickets in the visitor section from the W. Ill allotment.

Actually if you could only go to one game all season that would probably be the one to go to. Either that or the KSU game.

    Is this a joke?

I don't like the idea that Western Illinois is even on our schedule. Joke of a game.

What he said. I can't believe WIU is on the schedule. You'll forget it in ten minutes. TT could prove to be a memory to cherish for a lifetime.

Re: Western Illinois or Texas Tech?

Depends what you're going for. For all we know TT could be scheduled at 11am which means a lack of tailgating time, and generally a lesser game atmosphere as people tend to make their way in more slowly for those early games. Texas tech will be more competitive, but blowouts can be fun too.

As for those who "can't believe WIU is on the schedule"... really, you can't? EVERYONE has a game like this on their schedule. I swear some of you won't be happy with our scheduling (which is already a top 10 SOS) until we're playing the #1, #2, and #3 non big 12 teams in our nonconference.

Who wouldn't want to see us win a blowout! That would be fantastic.

Anyone thinking Tech is a sure win is delusional. The only sure win on the schedule is W. Illinois. Even @KU will be a dog fight.
