WOnder if the new board format has anything to do with it. Seems like the whole board is dead. Thought everything was fine before hand.
* I am not against the change, just took a few extra seconds to figure the new board out and maybe some didn't want put the "time" in.
Also could be that we really aren't getting much news from ISU. Always before, the practice vids were up right away. Now that you need to pay for them, not as many people are seeing the info.
No news is good news IMO. Usually something bad yet at this point of the season.
Exaggeration is a BILLION times worse than understating.
I too thought as soon as iowa wildcat posted a thread titled rigor mortis, that Snyder's body had finally been taken off display. It's too bad they continue to roll his bones on out there, fermaldahide won't save him forever.
Iowa State became the Cyclones after they leveled Northwestern in 1895. As the Chicago Tribune (9/29/1895) noted:
'Struck by a Cyclone
It Comes from Iowa and Devastates Evanston Town'
Not much to talk about. Quiet spring/camp as far as injuries and stuff goes. The real position battle that everyone is worried about is obviously the QB situation and not much more can be said about it.
I think everyone learned their lessons from hyping up players too much so there really aren't many new names to be talked about. Just on the edge of my seat waiting for Sept 1.
