Best TV Provider for Cyclone Football (and in general)

Based on what Iíve been able to find, DirectTV carries the FOX Sports lineup, but Dish Network does not. I just moved to NE Iowa and am trying to maximize my exposure to anything Cyclone related. Cable is not available to me (and is what Iím used to), so can anyone recommend what the best options are for Cyclone sports?

    Thanks!

    Brian

Directv IMHO. Also, basketball season will have numerous games on ESPNU, which Dish doesn't carry in HD.

Dish does have the regional FoxSports networks. DirecTV's biggest selling point is probably NFL Sunday Ticket, especially if you are out of the footprint of your favorite NFL team. And as ISUAg pointed out it has ESPNU in HD and Dish only has it in standard definition.

Regardless of provider, keep in mind that one regional FSNet is usually not enough if that FSNet is beholden to a local pro team (e.g. Twins, Wild).

    .

Does DirecTV have the YES network and/or Comcast New York?,I know Dish does not. My suggestion is to buy the sportpack on Direct or Dish, whatever you have. Then that way when a pro game is pre-empting college football, you have the ability to catch the football game on another Fox or Comcast channel in the sportspack.
Here's an example, let's say Iowa State plays on Fox sports net at 11 a.m. our time,if you had the sportspack the game would be on a west coast Fox channel because it would be 9 a.m. out there with very little chance of it being pre-empted by a pro game.
