Do i think ISU can beat them? Yes. But it won't be as easy as some of the predictions and posts i have seen.

Re: Premature Preview: The Baylor Bears

Baylor will be a good team, but not great. That offense is starting to look pretty good, but it's nowhere close to where it needs to be if they're going to be contenders. The only reason to believe that the defense will be better is that it's their second year under Phil Bennett and they return most of their guys. They'll be improved, but those things aren't enough to make me afraid of a defense that was one of the worst in the nation in 2011. Baylor could easily go 7-5 this year, but I don't expect much more.

Say what you will about how we're underestimating Baylor, but this is the type of team we need to beat to take the next step, especially at home.

As long as we can avoid the travesty of officiating that we experienced in last years Baylor game, I like our chances at home.
