    Thanks, I did take them. I was set up much better to shoot the flowers than the bug, but it turned out alright anyway.

    My initial reaction is that it is a cocinellidae, or ladybird, or ladybug, beetle. But, I've never seen this one before. My i.d. Gooks are at my office, and no quick luck on the Internet. There are over 450 Species in North America. Sorry.

    Ummm.... I'm out. Asian lady beetle probably of some species.... Harlequin ladybird....possibly.... Not a corn, soy, wheat, cotton pest that I am familiar with
