Jon Miller's Show Cyclone fan cannibalism

I am about sick to my stomach listening to the Jon Miller show today. I am a Cyclone fan to the bone and can get frustrated with Mac or the players like everybody else, but the idiot complaining callers Jon is getting makes me emberassed to be associated with the same group of these juvenile delinquents calling his show and calling for McCarney's head and calling our season a flop after one game. What a bunch of cry baby pukes we have calling them. I have heard one or two callers come on and stick up for our team but you know it is bad when Miller is sticking up for our football team and coach to these so called Cyclone fans.

Excuse me while I go puke.........................Grow the hell up people

Educated fans in the know have jobs and aren't calling in right now. That leaves the fringe fans that don't even understand football calling.

That is too bad as well because I really doubt that attitude is widespread through the fan base.

I love that Hawkeye fan is calling in commenting on the game and commenting on Cyclone fan. Miller's show is just perpetuating the few that are disgruntled.

Hawkeye fan taught us how to complain...

Couldn't agree more. I saw no major problems with coaching last night. Other than maybe the lack of adjusting to TE #91. Makes me sick to see these fair weather fans (you know, the ones who picked us to go 9-3 or better) jumping off the bandwagon already.

There seems to a faction that dislikes McCarney no matter what he does.

I know of a Hawk fan that called in to Deace last year and pretended to be a Clone fan. He was ripping on Mac and the team and all he wanted to do was to make the Clone fans look bad. Pretty pathetic, I know.

I can't listen to Miller and I don't know if that is the case today, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Honestly guys... Stop listening to sports talk radio. I've been sober for a few months now since Deace left, and I'll never go back to listening to it. It pisses you off because dumbasses are the only ones calling in representing your team, and then Hawk fans call in and **** you off. It's not worth it.

I thought of that too, but then I figured EIU fans weren't smart enough to do that. It wouldn't surprise me any that is for sure. I tried calling for 10 minutes, finally got it ringing and had to let it ring for 10 minutes before Cory finally answerred it telling me they weren't taking anymore calls now because Pukeye Zipperhead ******* Zable was on the show for the last few segments. I listened to the radio and heard Jon Miller ask the drunk why he thought Cyclone fans were so cannobalistic today and I shut the radio off before that drip had a chance to answer. I told Cory that the people calling weren't typical Cyclone fans and I was hoping more would call in the put the whiners in there place. He told me to try and call next week when there was open time. What a joke:Confused:

I will second this....those wretched talk shows would have me in a frazzle before 4pm every day...now while at work (when there) I listen to nothing but sweet lift music...makes for a much more productive day!

For those of you that don't speak Brit, "lift music" is more commonly known as elevator music.

And some of the parading fans from Ankeny might be Red fans also...hope Jon Leuer liked the game. It was a great atmodsphere to start the season. Better than playing North dakota.

Here is what I found on wikipedia.com. Thought it was rather funny

The "-izzle" suffix technique is performed by inserting "-izzle" after a word's last pre-vowel consonant in its final syllable while deleting the remaining letters: "minute" becomes "minizzle" and "America" becomes "Americizzle." Using the technique with a one syllable word usually creates a word that is impossible to decipher (but also add ambiguity): "cream," "crime," and "crap" all translate into "crizzle." Nevertheless, it is here that the suffix is often used: "thizzle" "thing" and "bizzle" "bear" (Starsky & Hutch) have turned up. "Thizzle" is also a Bay Area Slang term for the drug ecstacy, popularized by the late rapper, Mac Dre.
The best-known example of using the "-izzle" suffix is "fo' shizzle", meaning "for sure." The common phrase "fo' shizzle my nizzle." roughly translates "for sure, my nigga."
