    TV: My Philosophy

Watch no prime-time TV except sports. Wait for the good show to go into syndication, set DVR and watch when you want.

    Re: TV: My Philosophy

Why do you have to wait for syndication? Why not just DVR and watch when you want?

Watch whatever seems good. If I miss a show I enjoy and want to watch, I find it online whenever I am bored and remember I missed it.

I give the remote to my wife. If she's not in the room, it's straight to history or sports.

I like this methodology. Early adoption is for hipsters who don't have real jobs.
