Smart TV or Smart Blu Ray?

Looking to upgrade our den with a 40" TV with internet connectivity to get Netflix, Youtube, internet TV, webstreams, etc..

Any advice on whether to get the web connectivity through a Smart TV or is it just as effective through a Smart Blu Ray?

If you wait until the last minute.....it only takes a minute.

I like the TV myself. I use the **** out of the Amazon stuff and Pandora. It just seems easier to do it straight through the TV

    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.

I don't think it makes any difference. It really depends on the particular BR or TV

fwiw, if you have a receiver\surround setup, its often easier to do it through the other devices instead of the TV and have to send that audio back out (and some tvs wont send that out in surround for whatever reason)

Smart either one of these sounds like one step closer to Skynet.
