    KC Chiefs and Cassel

I was actually glad the chiefs got Cassel a few years ago. With a loaded offense and a pretty good looking defense(at least on paper).

Can the Chiefs fans now blame Cassel this year if they dont produce?
Is this the direction that the Chiefs will continue to go if he does not produce?
Last thing I would want is Stanzi to be the main QB. Not because he is from Iowa U.; but I dont see him amounting to squat in KC.

Things that I could stand behind Cassel is there were 5 different coordinators (Chan Gailey, Todd Haley, Charlie Weis, Bill Muir and now Brian Daboll).

    Re: KC Chiefs and Cassel

If Cassel plays even average this year I think the Chiefs could make a run at the playoffs. He hasn't had much help with the OL but that should be vastly improved this year. Hopefully Charles has a break out year coming off his injury. Moeaki will be a great threat IF he can stay healthy which he hasn't shown yet.

Hopefully Poe doesn't turn out to be a bust.

    Re: KC Chiefs and Cassel

After starting 0-5, they'll put in Stanzi and finish the season at 11-5 with a legit shot at winning the s00per bowl.

Oh wait, this isn't HN? My bad...

I think a healthy Charles is what will be important. Obviously Cassel has to play well, but it only helps to have a solid running back in the backfield.

I personally liked Charles comments "When I touch that field again, you're going to feel my pain," Charles told the Kansas City Star. "You're going to go through what I went through. It's going to be that way for me the rest of my career."

Yeah that's great. I know mock drafts mean close to nothing, but I took him in the two mocks I've done so far.
