    White + Lin = ??

Just saw this in ESPN. Could be a heck of a teammate for Royce. What're your thoughts?

I love Royce. That being said, turnovers were an issue with him. If these two are ever on the court together, I think there will be plenty of points but also an insane amount of turnovers.

    I think you're right.

I hope whomever signs with Houston can at least shoot a little. Royce showed us he's much better when he has shooters to kick it out to. Looking at Houston's roster, I don't know if they has enough of them yet, and I wouldn't put Lin in that category either.

The common thread between Royce and Lin is that both are much more dangerous in an up tempo game. Royce could be a load in transition in the NBA starting and finishing breaks. There are a ton more fast breaks a game in the NBA even for the slow paced teams. Shot clock is 35% faster and game clock is 20% longer.

Lin is not Rondo, he's at his best when he's scoring and he doesn't have to finish right at the rim to score. I think if he lands in an uptempo system like the D'Antoni Knicks were for that stretch he'll still be a very good player in the league and not a fluke.

Lin is OVER-RATED...........he played in a system at NY that fit his abilities. Put him in a traditional offense and he will be HORRIBLE!!!! There is a reason he was cut from numerous other teams.

Lin is smart (Harvard grad) and is going to sign his $30MM deal and you will not hear a peep out of him in 2 years.

    Completely disagree with this statement.

Royce had turnovers because he was playing the point which he wont be doing in the NBA. He also was passing to less talented players which might have something to do with it.

Lin is a pretty good back up pg. Houston is just trying to sign him to market to their large Asian following.

    Re:White + Lin = ??

I don't think turnovers will be an issue, he tried to do to much here and a lot of players couldn't hand or weren't expecting the ball in certain situations.

Lin's contract is backloaded so he will have to keep his play up or he will be cut not a ton guaranteed.

Nash would have been the guy to get but Lin will help the Rockets.

    Re: White + Lin = ??

His other forward he was play with generally had hands of stone in Ejim, I think in the NBA a lot of his bullet passes get caught. So sort of reiterating the more talented players post.
