    Babb to the Pros?

Am I the only one who think Babb can play in the pros as a defensive stopper and 3 point shooter? He seems a lot like Shane Battier. Held #2 pick MKG to 2 points and #12 pick Lamb to 6/15 shooting.

This. He needs to spend this off-season getting thousands upon thousands of shots up before he's going to be "NBA ready".

Depends on what you mean by "pros". He can play professionally somewhere, but definitely not the NBA.

Battier would be pretty lofty company. He was awesome at Duke. I hated him, and his raisin head, but he was awesome.

Babb's not in his class by a ways

No reason he can't, but he's going to need to go to work and prove it this year.

    Re: Babb to the Pros?

I will side with the OP! He just hit a really long slump last year, but he has proven during his time at Penn State (and playing against me at the Rec) that he is capable of being lethal from long range. Barring an amazing year, he probably won't get drafted because he doesn't have the flashy skillset or put up huge stats. But I think he finds his way onto an NBA roster as a free agent if someone gives him a shot.
