I don't do signatures. Blondes, brunettes, and red heads are a different story.

This really makes me hate my Kindle Fire. Even though my Kindle fire is rooted and running CM9. The extra hardware this has would be nice.

Cookie, donut, eclair, froyo gingerbread, honeycomb, ice cream sandwich, jelly bean. I bet yogurt will be the bomb. Okay, maybe silly is a better word.

Apple's is any better? Snow Leopard, Lion...

Any cat Haters that owns an Apple is an outright hypocrite.

Seems like a lot of bezel on that Nexus 7. Good to see the low price and good specs though.

I see Google finally is releasing a competitor to the Appletv. Nexus Q. From what I understand it basically does the same thing but its $299 compared to the Apple $99 mark. I mean, Im glad they are doing it but that is steep. The nexus 7 should make use of it nicely.

Seems more like a Sonos to me. It doesn't really do much on it's own. It's more of a gateway to get content from an Android device to the real world; speakers or TV.

Google TV that's been out for years would be the Apple TV competitor.

Google should have pointed out it is actually made in California. But yeah $299 is way too much.

And i believe there's a vizio model of it coming out soon iirc that should run fairly cheap.

Who is using google tv? Honest question. Didnt they suffer from lack of support? If they come out with a $99 competitor to ATV, I might check it out.

It has potential, but dare I day, it's over designed... It looks like it's from the Matrix with all those cables coming out of it. Personally, I would have left out the amplifer to keep costs down as there are very good options for powered speakers available for similar pricing (Audioengine A5s, etc). Then again, the amp might have been inexpensive and they thought it would help them justify the very high price tag... It's like they are competing with Sonos instead of Apple on this particular device.

The group playlist feature is pretty cool though. Not sure I'd use it much, but it would be cool when you got the chance.

Personally, I'm set up with apple tvs and airport expresses which gives me whole home audio that I can control with my phone or ipad, or from any computer. It's essentially a very inexpensive sonos system. It has minor drawbacks from Sonos, but I could afford this... (refurbed airport expresses go for $65 ea)

The nexus 7 looks cool, and may be my first foray into Android given the great price. Wait, what was that Windows announcment? I forgot about it already since it won't be available forevvvvvaaaa... Iphone 5 news will trump any Surface announcements in the coming months. I just don't get why they rushed the announcement, only to sandwich it between apple and google and get lost in the middle. User experience for Windows is going to have to be top notch to gain any foothold in the market, especially since I'm anticipating $700+ devices from them.
