We should rid the world of Pit Bulls

I have never heard a good story about one of these dogs. They are either attacking Kids, Other dog, Adults or anything else that moves. Sick of the arguement that it's the owner and not the dog. To many of these dogs attack and hurt people. They are less tame than a wolf. This story is sad. Hopefully this guy gets his dog back.

They were bred for a purpose and it wasn't to be a pet. It's not their fault; they shouldn't be expected to be something they aren't. It's in their genes.

    Agree 100%

Anyone with these "pets" in their home should have their children taken away. I cant imagine having children and making the decision to have a pit bull around them. Its crazy.

Would you let a heroin adict live in your home? Somone that could fly off the handle and hurt your family with no warning? Of course not. Grow up. Get a real pet. Stop trying to be cool dbags.

Every person poops and every animal bites.

There are no bad dogs. Just really lousy dog owners.

This is true, that being said, a dog can snap when threatened, regardless of how its trained, and a pit bull can do a lot more damage than most other dogs.

Poodle Attacks Pit Bull - Hartford Courant

Let's rid the world of poodles too. And every other breed of dog that has ever attacked another dog or creature. Then lets rid the world of cats. My dog has been attacked by cats. You don't hold the entire breed guilty for the actions of individuals. If so everyone of us should be put in jail or to death then since every breed of human has committed a violent crime too.

The media picks and chooses its stories, not for their
"newsworthiness", but for their ability to attract
readers/viewers/listeners which, in turn, allows them
to claim higher ratings, and charge more for
advertising space. It's business. Plain and simple.
    We've been told outright,

"If it doesn't involve a 'pit bull', it's not 'news'."

In reality, non-'pit bull' dogs are responsible for
90-100% of bites, attacks, and fatalities in Canada.
...But you'll never hear that on the evening news.
