no, he is a sick bastard, no reasonable doubt about that.

Oh, you meant at trial, I can't imagine him being found not guilty on all 50 charges or whatever it is. he needs to go away for a long time.

I'm so tired of hearing about this case. Just put the sicko in jail already.

The assistant seeing him in the act will be enough to send him away for the rest of his life.

If he gets more than 20 years can we just put him in an electric chair so we don't have to pay taxes for him to live?

Actually, it costs a lot more money to use capital punishment on someone than letting them sit in jail the rest of their life. Usually inmates on death row appeal so many times it runs up the cost of tax dollars used. I'd rather let him sit there and get punished (pun intended) the rest of his life.

It costs a lot more to get somebody to execution that it does to keep them in prison for life.

Could we just let him sit there and not feed him?

I wouldn't worry about it. He's not going to live very long once he gets to prison. People age in a hurry in prison and he's already 68.

    Re: Sandusky Reasonable Doubt?

If that is enough reasonable doubt to hang the jury no one in America will ever be guilty of anything. Does it add some doubt? Yes, but not reasonable doubt. Nothing in life is certain, but with all the testimony from the victims and the witnesses and the victims families this one sliver of doubt is nothing noteworthy.

Sandusky is going to be convicted, if he's not it's a travesty.
