    Keller Done / Coach List

Busy day at the World Herald. Keller is out for the year and Ganz will finish. Ganz is more mobile and has a decent arm.

    Omaha.com Sports Section

Maybe he'll save the coach's job. If not, the OWH has prepared a list. We've seen some of it before. We know how useful such lists can be. Perhaps they should add the Stanford coach and get the id of the Husker plane.

Bo Pelini - LSU Defensive coordinator
Greg Schiano - Rutgers Head coach
Jim Grobe - Wake Forest Head coach
Jim Leavitt - South Florida Head coach
Gary Patterson - Texas Christian Head coach
Paul Johnson - Navy Head coach
Will Muschamp - Auburn Defensive coordinator
Brian Kelly - Cincinnati Head coach

Re: Keller Done / Coach List

For whatever reason sam keller was NOT zach taylor...IMHO it just shows what a crap-shoot that jucos can be, sometimes you come up big and sometimes you come up empty...

It will be interesting to see how the cornhaulers play against the cheating jayhawks*
    in Lawrence come saturday.

For the next coach I would say "you had better get 1.8 million crying towels because when you lose they all need a good cry...make that said towel red and white of course with embossed cornhaulers er cornhuskers on it!!!

Come On Cyclones...Its time for a WIN...beat them mildcats!!!

I think most of these are a long shot, with the exception of Muschamp and Kelly. Maybe Johnson or Patterson would consider (with TCU sliding a little bit). I think pelini is still upset at not getting the NU job in the first place, Schiano has already made it clear he's happy at Rutgers, Grobe would be a fool to leave Wake for the expectations of NU, Leavitt has the next big program building in the fertile recruiting grounds of Florida.

Johnson wouldn't be that bad for them. They can live or die running the option which sounds like what the fanbase wants.

He actually was better leader and could throw better. The scheme from Callahan was wrong. He could throw it down field more and they did not utilize him.

Pellini was in Lincoln town last Friday per my sources. Shopping for red paraphenalia.
