    Re: Legalzoom

Depends on what type of service your wanting from it? Putting together an LLC or writing a will, etc?

I've used them to set up some LLC's. About half of what it costs by local attorneys. Be careful to read the fine print on using their "added benefits". It cost you a monthly fee, which is kinda buried in the copy. Pretty painless for the most part.

    Re: Legalzoom

I've used it to setup 2 LLC's. It worked as advertised. Although if I did another one, I would do it myself and file directly with the state and save $100.

If its an LLC just do it yourself, they are pretty painless. Anything else, I have no clue.

    Re: Legalzoom

I was at a seminar a few weeks back and they said not to use LegalZoom because of how they operate. Something about having a lot of holes in their documents for LLCs. I guess you dont necessarily have that problem if you never get sued though.

If you cant dazzle them with brilliance; baffle them with bull****.

This, in Iowa it is very easy to do a lot of the things they charge for. Try checking out the secretary of states web site first. They have how to's on everything.

Ok, you cannot keep doing driveby posts on your cheating wife without telling us what you found out. With details. I want details.

She has moved out, so I had the joy recently of spending money on stuff that I used to have but don't any longer.

I have documented evidence(multiple exhibits) of an affair that will come out at the time of the Big D. Called and left a friendly voicemail* with the gentelman she is involved with, and he wasn't nice enough to return my call!
    * I was careful to make sure it wasn't threatening in any way to avoid harassment charges.

Debating now whether to wait so that it won't finalize until 2013, allowing a married filing separately tax status, or to just get to it.

It is amazing the honest opinions that people will share with you regarding your spouse that they politely held in when they assumed you had a healthy relationship!

Awesome, was the evidence taken from a cell phone or email or what? Was she deleting texts or something?

Got onto her email accounts and her facebook, saving screenshots onto a flash drive as evidence. I have a record of how many times she texted this ******* over the course of several weeks; all I had to do was request that from my service provider. I had already seen the content of many texts, but the service provider wasn't able to give me that information as a form of evidence without a subpoena. If necessary, I will go down the subpoena road, but the evidence I have without it is already pretty damning. That would just be the nail in the coffin.
