    help with on-line payments

All of my on-line business is done through third party sites. So I'm not concerned about a "secure" transaction-type page on my site.

But, this year I'm creating a CD to be sold as a fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society and I'm tossing around the idea of setting up a PayPal account to collect funds for this.

I know the general theory of how all this works - but any first hand knowledge on its pros and cons would be appreciated.

Like I said, this is for a fund-raiser so I'm not looking to make money - but I don't want to lose money either.

    Thanks

    Re: help with on-line payments

Paypal is the easiest and most recognizable. I know people hate paypal because they have pretty poor business practices, but for your target audience, paypal is going to be the most trusted source outside of setting up your own credit card processing system (I have done it, it is a pain).
