    For the metro people

Channel 13, 8, or 5? Which news channel do you prefer, for us locally? For me it's 13. I get the feeling that they care, and aren't robots. They showed respect to a close neighbor and mother of a friend who died 3 years ago.

I watch 13, although I've had it with NBC nationally. I think Murphy, Fales and Hassle are the best around for sports, and like Wilson for weather.

SoundOff is awesome. I love HazzleDazzle Productions.

Channel 8. Hands down, Channel 8's ratings are higher than 13's and 5's combined.

Channel 5, I appreciate the fact they hire people with Meteorology degrees(from ISU even!) to do the weather vs. the other two having several to most of the team being Broadcasting with Met. certification from Mississippi St.

    Re: For the metro people

13 for me, I like John Bachman, Ed Wilson, Andy Fales and Keith Murphy. Sonya Heitsusan is pretty good although I can not stand the fake ***** Erin Kiernan.... Annoying as hell and reminds me of one of the fakey stay at home moms who just pisses you off because her personality is annoying. Other than that I'm a big WHO fan. Kevin Cooney's voice is annoying and reminds me of some lard ***** voice..
