I work right next to there. A couple coworkers just went to lunch to check it out.

Looks just like the west Omaha restaurant which opened last fall in a Famous Daves location.

Shame on them if they don't have an Agent Dale Cooper special for a slice of cherry pie and d@mn good coffee.

So they just brought in girls from their other stores to get really good looking ones out in the media? Later they will have their actual servers with ogre faces and comfortable shoes.

Probably also to have some experienced staff on hand at the start.

If so then the restaurant will last about a year before it tanks like every other restaurant that's been in that building.

Seriously, there was once a Colton's Steak House there. It's right across the street from Outback. That's a smart business plan.

I'll start the debate, but I've never really found the appeal of going to restaurants like Twin Peaks or Hooters. And I like breasts as much or more as the next guy.

I just feel like the whole joint is sleazy. I don't feel inclined to tip more for mediocre/bad service if the girl is hot.

I once went to Hooters with coworkers a long time ago. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. My much older coworkers were completely comfortable flirting with the server and she flirted right back in attempt to get a big tip. The food was nothing special and overpriced. The scenery was just ok. Honestly, I have had hotter servers at regular restaurants, even though they were more clothed.

"breastaurant". Awesome. Don't know how I've missed this phrase over the years.

Remember, you're unique. Just like everyone else.

Until further notice, the Big 12 tournament is best. There's an experience here. Not just the teams -- the feel, the vibe, the establishments. Iowa State not only won the pregame -- filling the nearby Power & Light District -- it won the whole damn scene.

    Re: Twin Peaks

    their burgers are the bomb.

Also, I have friends that work at the Omaha location and have been there many many times. I asssure you that no comparison between hooters and twin peaks should ever be made. Twin Peaks food is seriously good. Their beer is very good as well. As far as the girls traveling to work at the one in DSM, they do that at all the new restraunts so that they have people that know whats going on the first couple of weeks. At the Omaha location there is prob about 30 girls that work there, all but maybe 1-2 are pretty hot.

As far as it being sleezy, I guess that is up to the individual, take it for what it is, a fun place to go and eat and have some beers with friends. This restraunt will succeed. Alll of the other locations are freaking packed all the time.
