    Needing some work done in front of house, tear out shrubs and rocks etc., new dirt and bushes planted..also prevent water seepage in basement

    Do it yourself, it's easy!
    I just finished my front of the house and it took 2 weekends and a sore back. I also had seepage where there was a huge gap under the edge of my driveway that just funneled to the house causing a crack in the foundation. Stupid house...

    If you ask the basketball analysts outside the state of Iowa I think you would be surprised to hear their responses. Iowa was pegged as a preseason top 5 team by one ESPN analyst and is ranked in the vast, vast majority of preseason top 25 polls
