Hes already one of my favorites. That guy gets the right space and hes gone.

Surprised he hasn't found the endzone yet. Almost had it on that punt return in the Pinstripe Bowl.

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

    Re: Jarvis West 2011 Highlights

Problem with Jarvis is for every great run he has a damn penalty by another player negates it all.

    Re: Jarvis West 2011 Highlights

Jarvis West is excitement every time he touches it. Jarvis needs to get the ball more. He is one slippery, quick, elusive player. I look for big things from him.

Yes, imagine how quickly some teams would tire after chasing him around. You absolutely have to work defending against him or it will cost you.

Man that kid is slippery...it hurts my knees just looking at some of those jukes he does.

    Re: Jarvis West 2011 Highlights

I hope to see him on the field a lot more this year. IIRC, didn't Rhoads have to push to get West more involved in the offense last season? Seems like a no-brainer to me, even if it's only as a decoy.

His change of direction is as fast as I've seen. I can't believe some of the crowds he comes out of still on his feet. He will break a few this year for sure.

Yeah. I hate to go so extreme but I don't know if I have seen anyone move as quickly as he does. He also has great patience. You watch him, and he will stop moving, let everyone's momentum take them to the wrong spot and then head to where they aren't. He needs to touch the ball over 100 times next year solely on offense and he should be our primary return guy as long as he can handle the ball.

But yet you still went extreme!

    Re: Jarvis West 2011 Highlights

Can't wait to see what he can do this year, there are a couple jukes against KU and OSU that are just incredible. Imagine how explosive our offense could be with Shontrelle and West on the field at the same time.

Only going to be a Sophmore. Crazy. Jarvis is so damn shifty and quick. Really hope Rhoads keeps him back at kick return.
