    Tom Osborne is God.

Seriously, He is. My esteemed state senator Ernie Chambers has filed a legal notice that Tom Osborne is God. He did so to overcome a small snafu in his lawsuit against God. So I guess Ernie's lawsuit will now be against Tom Osborne?

Someone should email Osbourne and ask why he lets bad things happen to good people.

Crazy Ernie is something else. He was flat out nuts back in the 80's when I lived in Atlantic and watched Omaha tv. It's good to see that time hasn't changed him.

You know, I prayed for an answer for this, and got an e-mail this morning, explaining:

    "Dear Herbie,

You're just assuming you KNOW that they're "good people". Or that the things that happens are "bad." My plans are unknowable to you, so why don't you please "stay in your lane".

And while you're at it, drop and give me 20 for such a dumb question.

    - Tom Osborne"
