    sounds like a good practice to me... I remember high school wrestling conditioning doing the same kinds of things and coaches not lets us leave until someone puked. they always said if some one isnt puking or fighitin it wasnt a good practice

    Interesting when one pukes or fights in a Bar, they are considered an amateur or jacka$$, but on the basketball court or wrestling mat it's toughness.

    My junior year of HS we had twins on the team that were seniors, 6'7" power forwards and both pretty big... They used to fight ALL THE TIME, it actually got pretty funny at times. Their dad was an assistant coach (and former Gator) and he would say to just let them go... They both ended up playing at the Coast Guard Acadamy, not sure if they kept it up there...

    When I went to the Lynn Nance basketball camp, he said that at the first practice, he put a 5-gallon bucket at the end-line and he told the guys to run sprints until the bucket was "full of sweat, vomit, spit, or whatever." That image has always stuck with me for some reason.
