    What's your 'addiction'?

I go on a 4 day golf trip every year. I just returned from The Preserve where I played 180 holes over those 4 days (54, 36, 45, 45). Two years ago, at a course in BFE Arkansas (Dawn Hill, for those of you who may know this hole in the wall), a friend and I played 86 holes in one day. I want to go play again today.

I broke my leg in September last year, had a cast until December, and played 27 holes the Saturday after I had the cast removed at Waveland. I played 36 holes at Toad the following weekend, and didn't put my clubs away until mid-January.

I start 'itching' for golf every year the day I take my clubs out of my trunk for the winter.

I would play every day, until my hands bleed, if I could. Work and family obligations just prevent it...kind of like my 'patches'.

I think it's safe to say I have a serious addiction, and thankfully, a very understanding wife.

It got me thinking if you all have such addictions.

    Lake Rathbun?

I would say if anything lots of the people on this board would be addicted to CF. Other than that for me, I'd say I have an addiction to the franchise mode on sports video games. I love doing all of the business aspects of the game... College or pro... Hardly ever play the actual game, unless it's game 7 of the world series or the NCAA championship game.......

Deer hunting. Bow, shotgun, muzzleloader, don't matter. That is all I think about 60% of the time.

    Edit: Oh yeah...and CF lol

Hookers and blow. But I don't really consider it an addiction, I could quit if I want.

Hole 3 and 5 from the tips are a big challenge.

I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.

Holy crap, I love golf but I can't play that often. What is your handicap?
