    Ohio St. vs. Penn St

Is anybody else excited to see this game. I remember the last game between these 2 at Happy Valley and was one of the best games I have seen, what an atmosphere it had. I hope Penn St wins because I can't stand Ohio st.

PSU defense can only slow OSU's offense. however, OSU's defense, should shut out PSU's offense.

To me, not that exciting. Besides the only Big11Ten games I watch are their bowl games and when the UofI plays ISU.

I think this one is going to be another Big 11 snooze-fest.

    Ohio State - 17
    Penn State - 13

It will be a tight game I think. I'm impressed how about every 2 years Ohio State loses a bunch of players on defense to the NFL draft and just plugs in the next soon to be all-american player and not miss a beat.

I don't know why everybody thinks hard hitting defense and power-running is boring.

BigTen style is a style where the winning team physically dominates their opponent, and more often than not, it's a defensive struggle. Every point matters.

I'll agree with you here. If you want to see one of the best defenses in the country Ohio State is it. They've never been too dominating on the offensive side but they are consistently in the BCS mix because that defense is so damn good.

It's not the hard hitting defense I find boring, it is the complete lack of offense.

Well we should be used to it considering we have one of the worst scoring offenses in the nation at 117 out of 120.

Snooze fest maybe, but the the last game between the 2 was the most exciting 17-10 game I have seen. Although PSU is not as good now as they were then, still like watching their white out games though.

You realize that the point of a hard hitting defense is to keep an offense from scoring.

I'm not going to say that I think the Os in the Big 10 are all that great, outside of a few schools, but what's so wrong with a great defense defending?

I am excited, it is a college football game, what is not to love about it.

Re: Ohio St. vs. Penn St

I never get too excited about any Big 10 team. I get tired of the overhyped rankings they continue to receive year after year. The only time I enjoy watching Big 10 games is during bowl season when the conference gets exposed for what it is...a bunch of average teams beating up on each other.

I will be ecstatic over a Penn St. win, but I will only watch it if I'm having trouble getting down for my nap.
