    Rant time- USPS Mail.

Anybody else hate USPS mail? Not once in my life have I got a package on time from them. Even using priority mail. I keep giving them chances to correct themself, but no. Last time I go through them for ordering things online. It's going to be UPS or FedEX. There HAS to be a leak through their programming or workers. My "Expected" delivery time on my package was suppose to be today. Not going to get it till Monday now. The package was in Des Moines last night too. I'm done with them. Also, you don't put an "Expected" delivery for a day you are cautious about it possibly not getting there. You just don't do it. You get the peoples hopes up only to be smashed.

It wasn't guaranteed, it was just "expected" to arrive today.

I understand, but at least put it a day or two after you expect it. It'd at least make the person happy making it seem like it got there earlier. Now I'm ****** because it's late.

Dig up something about the mailman and throw him in prison.

I will say i hate it whenever something i ordered ships USPS. You often never know when you're going to get it and the tracking is garbage.

    Arrest them?

USPS is the only mail carrier that hasn't delivered my mail to the wrong doorstep or just completely failed to delivery it. Mail/small packages, I'll trust them any day, online purchases, I prefer UPS or FedEx

There's a reason UPS and Fedex exist

    Re: Rant time- USPS Mail.

We had a mailman leave an entire stack of other people's mail in our mailbox one time, like the rubber banded bundle. I took it to the Urbandale post office the next day, and they didn't want it because they weren't my post office, had to take time to go to the other one which was only open 9-5 and not saturdays over my lunch hour. That was handy.

I don't do signatures. Blondes, brunettes, and red heads are a different story.

    Re: Rant time- USPS Mail.

A few things that irritates me about the USPS,

I don't have a choice but to have a PO Box, USPS won't deliver to my house. They charge me for the box.

When I order online it often says can't deliver to PO Boxes and makes me put my house address. A couple of weeks later I find out it was returned because the company sent it USPS instead of UPS like normal and the Post office didn't recognize the address.

When you get a package, you are given a notice (one notice) and then it is returned in three days. If your not expecting a package, I personally don't always check my mail every day.

You get a notice for a package. You wait in line for 20 minutes. Get to the counter and hand the notice to the postal employee and he hands you a phone book you don't even want.
