    College Slam

This is really random but I bought NBA Jam On Fire edition for the 360 yesterday. Its okay but probably not worth the money. It reminded me of how much fun I had playing College Slam for the Super Nintendo back in the day.....

Anyways we really need a new College Basketball game....

Sorry for the random thoughts... lol

    Re: College Slam

I had College Slam and it was a decent game. I haven't played it for a while, probably because I don't have a Super Nintendo anymore.

I purchased College Hoops 2K8 and it was a decent game, but a little out dated. What I liked about it was the players shot and dunked like the actual players or some of them. However, the recruiting and in season stuff was a little difficult and didn't enjoy recruiting kids that were either Freshmen or Sophs in HS.

I bought the last College Basketball game that EA put out....maybe 2010 and it is a fun game, a lot better when you play on a HDTV. The recruiting is close to that of college football. It has almost all the schools and the interface is neat because it has ESPN and CBS broadcasts. The NCAA tournament is pretty neat. If you are interested, look it up on the internet and you can probably find some decent information. Hope this helps.

    Re: College Slam

Bought the new NBA Jam game for the 360 a couple weeks back for my 9 year old son. That led to us pulling out the original for the SNES and eventually NFL Blitz on the N64. We've had more fun with the old games, though they look rough on a 50" screen.
