    The wrong guy shoots the 1st FT and they get the right guy to the line to shoot and give him 2. Izzo asked about it... "WTF!" ON TV

    Refs got this call right. Having the wrong free throw shooter is a correctable error. If he would have made the first one, they would have taken the points off the board.

    Isn't is supposed to be a technical foul if you send the wrong guy to the line?

    I didn't see this, so I guess I'm assuming the refs actually told the wrong guy to shoot? Otherwise I'm about 95% sure it should be a tech.

    Nope, not a technical foul. A lot of times you get players who don't realize who the foul was called on and think its them. The only time it would turn into unsportsmanlike technical is if the ref and players/coach started arguing about it. Even then, I think college refs can look at the video to confirm who it was, so I would guess its next to impossible to escalate that far.
