    Louisville Announcers

Even if our draw wasn't exactly the cake-walk we envisioned, I must say I'm happy to get Verne Lundquist, Bill Raftery and Lesley Visser to announce our games.

Love Raftery's energy and quotes, and I think he was the announcer for our Sweet Sixteen game against UCLA and narrow loss to Michigan State back in '00.

I wonder if we'll still come out "man-to-man" against the Huskies?

    Re: Louisville Announcers

We had them the first 2 rounds that year as well. They really grew to like that ISU team. Raftery is probably my favorite (besides Eric) color man out there.

I'll be watching the first two rounds at a bar in StL while attending the NCAA wrestling tournament, so I won't be able to hear the announcers. Kinda sucks that I won't be able to hear them call the game, but I'll take it none the less. Hopefully we have it televised locally and my dvr picks it up.
