Will people living in Iowa even get to watch the game on TV?

As someone stated in a thread, CBS picks the games that show and we may not even get it in our local area. What do people think about this?

KCCI will get to show the ISU game. Plus they have 3 other networks the games are on.

So, you don't have cable or a dish? If not on CBS, it'll be on TBS, TNT to Tru TV

It will be televised on one of CBS, TNT, TBS, or TruTV.

Re: Will people living in Iowa even get to watch the game on TV?

Most in Iowa will likely get the Iowa State game on the CBS station, but it does depend on who else plays at the same time... If you don't get it for some reason on your CBS station you have plenty of options, watch it online, on your phone/tablet, or turn it to either TNT/TBS/TruTV and you can watch it there.

Once the times are released you should be able to get a good idea who would get the game...

The games are on 4 channels/networks. CBS, TNT, TBS and Tru TV. I'm guessing we will see it in Iowa.

Re: Will people living in Iowa even get to watch the game on TV?

How can this even be a question?
I've watched every game the last several years, last year on the 4 networks. How can anyone wonder if this game will be on TV in Iowa?

I know the obvious answer. I'm wondering how that poster could even manage to wonder on this one.

Re: Will people living in Iowa even get to watch the game on TV?

I'm betting that the game will be the last game on Thursday night on CBS. The local CBS station has no say in what game they get, they will get what CBS tells them they will get.
