How to win a conference tournament

Interesting column on ESPN.com. I actually think ISU meets a lot of his criteria pretty well.

I would add a few things.

    1. We can't have a bad half.
    2. We need whoever steps up to deliver. I worry a bit that we have too many guys willing to take the big shot and we might settle for tougher shots than we need to.
    3. It is time for Royce White to step up again through the whole game. Other guys have stepped up, but we need him to play hard to score and get opponents in foul trouble and loosen up the defense on everyone else.
    4. Coach needs to have a few plays that give us those back-breaking points toward the end of games, such as scoring right off of an inbounds pass.
    5. We must make free throws at the end of the game.
