Wangmenen (Texas) lost for rest of season.

Alexis Wangmene, forward for Texas was lost for the season last night with a broken wrist. Also, if you happened to watch the KU/Texas game, you may have noticed that Chapman for Texas was pretty limited with a sprained ankle. This could really open up the interior for ISU's bigs. Could be interesting.

That was an ugly fall he took. Limbs aren't meant to bend that way.

Not bad, even if he is their 3rd best F/C, but they're all pretty close. Could be interesting if Chapman's ankle doesn't get much better. Nice intangible there..

That play he got hurt on was pretty ugly. Hope he recovers ok.

Chapman has essentially 5 days of rest/rehab on his ankle before our game. I expect he will be fine (or at least not noticeable issues).

That was disgusting looking, and the announcers had to play it like 50 times.

I thought he shattered his forearm when it happened. Good to know it was only his wrist.

Hate to hear that happen to a guy even if it does benefit ISU. Hopefully he has a speedy recovery.

    Tough luck. Helps us though.

Hate to see that happen, especially to a senior right before post-season and a classy team like UT.

Except that forearms usually heal better. Wrists always seem to have lingering issues.

Anyone else think that was a charge? Ugly fall, but like a lot of people are saying. It's good for us. Hope he recovers soon.
