    Re: McGee:

I swear he's like an extra three possessions a game just based on his hustle. He hasn't scored much lately, but he plays such a critical role.

We have a year to figure it out, but I gotta know who is going to be the next "Babb" and the next "McGee".

We had 6 players with at least four rebounds last night. That's how you win the rebounding battle.

I personally wish McGee would get most of Allen's minutes as well. He does so much to make the team better. He is the best offensive rebounder we have on the team, he hustles every possession. I love watching this guy play!

Re: Williams Blog: The perfect Senior Night

I am glad that scotty had a great performance to end his run at hilton. I thought CA was going to go off with the way he started, but he seemed to cool down.

One thing I really like about this team is the guys that can come off the bench and do what is needed to be done. Booker had some great defensive stops last night and McGee who hadn't scored hits a huge shot.

That's a tough argument to make IMO. The two do different things well. Allen hit some big shots last night and quietly had 5 assists to only 1 turnover.

Scott Drew has already used two of his time-outs for next year's game.

I think people easily forget about Chris Allen. They dont realize how much he contributes, the just remember a few things he did wrong. The guy has been clutch this season. Without some of his shots, we would have struggled to find some of that energy. Definitely glad he came here.

I know Allen is a talent, but if you watch, we play with much better flow when CA is on the bench. Last evening once again, McGee sparked us when he came in and we went from quite a deficit to a lead. He does all the little thnings to make us better. When CA is on, he can shoot the light out, but thought he took a lot of difficult shots in the game last night that were not needed.

Re: Williams Blog: The perfect Senior Night

That was another great team win, Royce with like 5 minutes to go in first half had 0 assists, and in no time was up to 5 or so. Scotty was one notch above the rest once again even when his 3's were in and out you knew they would eventually fall. Allen played solid offensively but his guy killed him in the first half. Booker, McGee, and Babb played unreal defense and came up with every 50/50 ball. This team is going to make a nice run in both tourneys.

McGee has had some head scratchers as of late as well. Dont forget his missed layups. I get what you are saying, but when it comes down to shots, I think Chris is the man to go with. McGee is coming along at a fast clip though. Not bagging on him at all. One of my faves.

Booker played really well last night, well enough to see more minutes imo. If we play Baylor again (or a team like them), I wonder if we would see a bigger line-up of White, Booker, and Ejim, while Babb guards Jackson?

Babb has a younger brother that started varsity this year as a SO.

I would be pleased to hear they are recruiting Nick...
