    Re: Dan McCarney health update

Great article. When he gets North Texas turned around, I hope he comes back as associate head coach beside CPR. I know! I know! That's crazy talk, but it would be a fitting end to a great Cyclone story...

Glad to hear Dan is doing well. Will always root for DMac!

He dropped a lot of weight/size when he was in Florida.

Wow, Dan looks like he is doing great, which is fantastic to see/hear. He had his stroke only 3 weeks ago? My dad had a stroke last year and was still in the hospital in his 3rd week. I don't even think he could talk yet. He's doing better now, but still doesn't have full function of his left side and has memory/speech troubles still 10 months later.

talked to coach mac last week. he said he was doing fine. i hope that he does not over do himself. another stroke could be bad. i suffered one 14 years ago. it puts a crimp on your lifestyle.i told coach mac to slow down. delegate your duties to your assistant coaches. let them run your game plans.start taking it easy..
