    It's record against conference opponents starting with the top ranked team in the league. KU is top ranked and we beat them and Baylor didn't so we get the tie breaker.

    I think if tiebreaker was record against conference opponents, then the tie would never be broken. (of course, I know you meant top conference opponents)
